Heagan Mountain crusher wannabees rejected by Maine DEP a third time . So the Virginia company files again FOURTH TIME

Its becoming the zombie applicant from away. The one that wants to crush Heagan Mountain and ship it south., Turned down, it resurfaced like a bloating.... Put down again: it reappears in all its voracious intent.  Rejected a third time?  It's BAAACK!

DEP needs a 'Three strikes and you're out!' provision on absentee corporation applicants seeking  Natural Resource Protection Act Permits to bring industrial, commercial or residential sprawl to a Maine town fail repeatedly to submit required info in its applications?   Why should they continue to take up DEP worktime, when large and small applicants who follow directions need reviewing? 

After three strikes bar them from reapplying for a calendar year
