Rockland City Councilors hear and discuss top harbor/waterfront issues commercial, residential and marina encroachment onpublic lands.


Listen below to Rockland City Council's agenda setting meeting's opponents and supporters of retail/residential redevelopment of marine industry zoned lands. And reaction to the city's announcement of a fresh plan for its municipal channel.
(1) Marine trades-zoned lands: What Jeff Hamilton, FMC/Dupont manager  said in oppo to plans by city proponents of would-be residential retail developers  They even considered 'taking'  Dupont's newly acquired land between Lermond Cove, Tillson Avenue, FMC/Dupont. to that end.
